- Origin: Made in Portugal by a small family workshop we’ve worked with since 2009. We visit regularly and cherish this partnership.
- Care: Wash inside out at 30 °C with similar colors; avoid tumble-drying; dry flat or on a hanger.

Shipping & Return Policies
European Union Countries
- FREE delivery on all orders over 150 EUR.
- For orders under 150 EUR, shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery time: 3–8 working days from the dispatch date (2–5 working days for Germany).
- Our primary courier is GLS, but the delivery company may vary depending on the destination. As a small company, we rely on the services chosen by our logistics partner.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Breath of Fire is not liable for delays and cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.
Switzerland
- FREE delivery on orders over 150 CHF.
- For orders under 150 CHF, a flat shipping rate of 9 CHF applies.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days from the dispatch date.
Dispatch days are typically Tuesday and Thursday. - Orders are shipped from our Swiss stock in Cully — no additional taxes or duties will be charged.
International Orders
- All international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and delivery fees, including shipments to the United Kingdom and all non-EU countries.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as Breath of Fire is not responsible for packages held or refused by customs.
- If customs fees are refused by the customer and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
- Once your order reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery and customs processing.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
- Please contact your local post office for delivery issues before reaching out to Breath of Fire.
We are required to declare the full value of your order on customs forms and must include an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot mark packages at a lower value.

European Union & International Orders
- Orders are packed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days by our logistics partner in Germany.
- During sales, new collection launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Switzerland
- Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
At Breath of Fire, we aim to offer a smooth and stress-free return process.
How to Return an Item
- Repack the item(s) in orgiginal condition in the original box/bag or similar sturdy packaging and seal it securely.
- Cover the original shipping label with the retur adress.

Refund & Return Fees
- Returns will be refunded but the buyer covers the cost for transportation.
- We do not provide return labels and return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
- Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Breath of Fire.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are always welcome.
Please contact us directly at info@breath-of-fire.ch to ensure item availability. - Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer ( to ship back the purchase from you tu us), but we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Please understand that we are not a major brand and cannot compete with major companies for free shipping and return shipping. Shipping costs are always a service that is issued and paid for.
Companies like ours are becoming increasingly rare because it is extremely difficult to survive in the face of changing consumer trends, where "free shippings" and "lowest prices" are becoming the norm. In case of a full return, we lose our working hours anyway. Reconditioning clothes takes time and work, which is why in fast fashion it is cheaper to simply throw away the returns. We value our clothes and our work, but please be aware that returns can take us time and that in the case of a full return, we offer you our work. We do not provide fast-fashion services; we provide human, quality work with real prices so that the entire process, from production to distribution, is respected. If these conditions do not resonate with you, it is best not to order from us.
