Our Commitment
At Breath of Fire, we design and produce high-quality yoga garments in small batches, crafted with care in family workshops in Portugal since 2009. Each piece is made to last.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — for all customers, all countries.
This exceeds the 14-day legal right of withdrawal required by EU consumer law, which is fully included.
To return an item, initiate your request within 30 days of delivery:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered, with all tags attached
- Free from odors, stains or signs of wear
Please reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed or altered items
- Items returned without tags
- Items damaged due to improper care
- Gift cards and store credit
Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or returned at your expense.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A return label is provided via ReturnGO. The cost is automatically deducted from your refund or store credit — no upfront payment required.
Items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse. Keep proof of shipment.

We do not provide return labels for Switzerland. Include a note indicating whether you want an exchange or a refund.
Refunds
Processing time: 5–8 business days after receipt.
- Refund issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs deducted
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
- Taxes, duties and customs fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account
Free shipping & full returns
If you return your entire order or part of your order and it qualified for free shipping (above €150 / CHF 150), the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and a description:
- European orders: via ReturnGO
- Swiss orders: contact@breath-of-fire.ch
We will offer a replacement or full refund. After 30 days, the item is considered accepted.
Fit & Variations
Fit and personal comfort are subjective and do not constitute defects. Slight variations in color, size or texture are inherent to small-batch, ethical production.
Taxes & Customs
Customs duties, VAT and import taxes may apply and are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to know their country's import regulations.
Shipping origin:
- Switzerland: shipped from Cully, Switzerland
- All other countries: shipped from Germany
Unclaimed Parcels
Refused or uncollected parcels returned to us will incur shipping and handling fees, deducted from your refund or store credit.
