In our fittings, the ideal size can vary slightly depending on the model — some styles fit true to size, while others may feel a bit more fitted or relaxed.

Shipping Options & Costs

European Union

• Free delivery on all orders over €150.
  
• For orders under €150, shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  
• Delivery time: 3–8 business days (2–5 for Germany). ( Italy may take up to 10 working days)
  

Switzerland

• Free delivery on orders over CHF 150.
  
• For orders under CHF 150, a flat shipping rate of CHF 9 applies.
  
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  
• Dispatch days: Tuesday & Thursday from our Swiss stock in Cully (no customs or duties).
  

International Shipping

• Available to select countries.
  
• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

If an item doesn’t fit or feel right, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  
• We do not issue prepaid return labels — return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your item.
