About Sohang yoga pants
— Michaela K.My favorite yoga pants
These pants are stylish, elegant, practical and very endurable. I washed them often and they are still looking good. Only when it is very hot, they are not my first choice. But living in Germany I wear them most of the time.
Siri Yoa Shirt
— Maud L.I wear this very comfortable, high-quality sweater during my meditation and yoga sessions (very effective for inverted poses) as well as every day. It's a staple in my wardrobe...
Special mention for the Sohang pants
— Karine G.I love these pants, which I wear regularly for exercise, but also at home and outside with a pair of boots. They are extremely comfortable, soft, warm, and made from high-quality cotton. The colors of Breath of Fire clothing are really vibrant and original. Thank you for this beautiful quality!
A must-have Top Sohang
— Valentin L.Ever since I discovered Top Sohang at the Zen fair in Paris many years ago, it has been a staple in my wardrobe, both for yoga and everyday wear, because it provides enough support that I don't need to wear a bra. I have about ten of them in different colors, and sometimes two of the same style.

Our clothes are designed to support the body over time — not just in a single moment.
Soft, breathable, and gently elastic, they offer comfort without pressure, allowing natural movement and free breathing throughout the day.
Made from high-quality organic cotton, each piece adapts to the body as it moves, pauses, and changes. They are comfortable in practice, in stillness, and in everyday life — whether you’re on the mat, seated in meditation, working, traveling, or simply living in them.
This is clothing you don’t need to think about once it’s on.
Clothing designed to be worn for hours, to feel right in the body, and to support a way of moving through the day with ease.

Since 2009, all our collections have been produced in Portugal, in small, family-run workshops we know and trust. We visit and follow each step of the process — from knitting and dyeing to cutting and sewing — working closely with partners who share our values of care, respect, and craftsmanship.
We produce only in small batches and focus on evergreen collections rather than seasonal cycles. This allows us to reduce excess, maintain consistent quality, and create garments that stay relevant over time — made to be worn, lived in, and kept.
Producing locally in Europe also ensures fair working conditions and a more responsible footprint — a conscious, long-term approach to making clothes.

Our garments are designed with longevity in mind — in form, function, and feel. Rather than following trends or seasonal cycles, each piece is created to remain relevant, comfortable, and wearable over time.
Beyond durability, our designs are conceived to work together across the entire collection. Shapes, colors, and fabrics are developed in coherence, allowing pieces to be combined effortlessly, season after season, to create balanced, understated outfits.
They support freedom of movement without constraint and adapt to real bodies and real lives — clothing designed to stay with you, and to belong together.

Breath of Fire is a Swiss family brand rooted in practice, craftsmanship, and transmission. My mother learned to sew from her own mother, who loved creating beautiful evening dresses by hand. This early relationship with fabric, form, and care shaped a deep respect for clothing made with intention.
She later founded Breath of Fire, bringing this heritage into a contemporary, conscious approach to clothing. Today, I continue this work — not as a reinvention, but as a continuation. A way of honoring what was passed on, while allowing the brand to evolve through lived practice.
What unites us is a simple intention: to create clothing that supports people in feeling good in their bodies and in their lives. Breath of Fire is, above all, a family mission — an ongoing homage to care, joy, and meaningful creation.
To wear your frequency is to embody your inner vibration. Our clothes are designed as companions on your journey — soft, natural, timeless — helping you radiate comfort, confidence, and consciousness. Every piece resonates with your essence and connects you to a better tomorrow.
95% of our garments are made in Portugal, near Porto, in small family-run workshops we have been working with for many years.
These ateliers are close to us — both geographically and humanly — and offer excellent working conditions, with deep craftsmanship and mutual trust.
The remaining 5% of our production takes place in Turkey, also in a family-owned workshop that operates ethically and holds recognized certifications.
This collaboration began during the Covid period, when organic cotton and bamboo fabrics were temporarily unavailable for our small Portugal Production.
Although we value this partnership, Portugal remains our first choice, where the proximity, care, and spirit of the atelier perfectly reflect our values.
Unlike most brands, we oversee every step of production — from fabric knitting and dyeing to cutting, sewing, and embroidery.
We never buy pre-made fabrics on the market. Each material is developed exclusively for Breath of Fire, ensuring consistency, softness, and long-lasting quality.
Our approach is rare today: a slow, transparent, and human way of creating — rooted in respect for the people, the planet, and the art of making things well.
For us, sustainability is a holistic commitment that touches every aspect of our brand.
In this way, sustainability for us is not just about materials or processes — it is a way of living, producing, and sharing in harmony with people and the planet.
We believe it’s important to be transparent about the fabrics behind our garments. Textile production is always industrial — with machinery, energy, and human resources involved — but our goal is to make these processes as respectful and high-quality as possible.
That’s why we work almost exclusively with natural materials, blended only with a very small percentage of elastane when necessary to ensure durability and comfort. All our fabrics are certified by independent bodies for both environmental and ethical standards.
Here are the main fabrics we use:
Across all collections, we use every meter of yarn produced and only order what will be used and sold, avoiding waste and overproduction. Most of our fabrics are made in Portugal, with a very small part of our production in Turkey, where we collaborate with family-owned partners who share our values.
For us, sustainability is not just in the choice of fibers but in the traceability, certifications, and longevity of the fabrics we bring to you.
Our collections are designed by my mother, Cornelia Kauhs, founder of Breath of Fire and a lifelong yogini devoted to creating beauty with purpose.
She inherited her love for sewing and precision from my grandmother Johanna, whose passion for handmade work and natural fabrics shaped our family’s creative path.
As her daughter, I carry this heritage forward — weaving together their know-how, values, and sense of harmony.
At Breath of Fire, we don’t chase trends; we create timeless pieces that feel soft, grounded, and alive.
We design them this way because we are timeless: rooted in care, guided by nature, and inspired by the simple grace of well-made things.
