EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES 

FREE Delivery on orders over 150 EUR.

Below 150 EUR the shipping price depends on the country of destination and will be calculated at check out.

Delivery 3-8 working days from the day of dispatch (2-3 working days for Germany)

Our courier is mainly Dpd bit the courier may vary depending of the country of destination.

Delivery times are estimates by our shipping partners and Breath of Fire does not warrant products will be delivered within the estimated delivery time and disclaims any liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery. 

 

SWITZERLAND

In order to avoid import costs for our Swiss customers, please go to our Swiss site so that your order can be directly processed in this country. A pop up appeared to suggest you to make your purchases on our site of the Swiss store which is based in Lausanne, "La boutique du yoga". 

We do not take any responsibility if you continue your purchase on this site and your package is sent from Germany, facing customs fees.

International shipping fees will be applied if you make your purchase on this website.

 

INTERNATIONAL

     

    Please note:

    • All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
    • Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
    • If taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost. 
    • Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery and process any customs duties and import taxes.
    • Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Breath of Fire.
    • A signature is not required by most postal authorities, generally you will have a default Authority To Leave or Return to Postal Office option.
    • We will declare FULL value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

    Order Processing

    Our order packing hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm, and all orders placed before 10am (AEST) on these days will be dispatched the same day when possible. Orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.

    Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order is dispatched.

    During sale periods, or within the days following a collection launch and the holiday seasons, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.
