FREE delivery on orders over 150 EUR

For orders under 150 EUR, shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

Orders to the European Union are shipped from Germany.
Switzerland

FREE delivery on orders over 140 CHF

For orders under 140 CHF, a flat shipping rate of 9 CHF applies

Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch

Dispatch days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Orders ship directly from our Swiss stock in Cully — no additional taxes or duties apply.
International Orders (outside EU & Switzerland)

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage and delivery fees (including the UK)

Please check with your local customs office before ordering

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be refunded minus the original outbound shipping costs

Once in the destination country, the parcel is handled by the local postal service
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
In case of delivery issues, please contact your local post office first.
We are legally required to declare the full order value on customs forms and to include an invoice. We cannot mark shipments as lower value or as “gifts”.
Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday (8:00–15:00)

Dispatch occurs within 1–2 working days via our logistics partner in Germany

During sales, launches or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Switzerland

Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays & Thursdays

A confirmation email with tracking is sent once the parcel has been shipped
Returns & Exchanges (via ReturnGO)
We aim to keep returns simple, clear and respectful — for you and for us.
All returns, exchanges and production-related issues are handled exclusively via ReturnGO.
Return timeframe

Return requests must be submitted via ReturnGO within 5 to 8 working days after delivery

Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping & Fees

A return shipping label is provided via the ReturnGO platform

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

The cost of the return label is automatically deducted from:

the refund amount, or
-
the store credit issued

No upfront payment is required for the return label.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received at our warehouse.
Refunds & Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, as the shipping service has been performed once the order is dispatched

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable
Free shipping & full order returns
If an order that benefited from free shipping (EU: over 150 EUR / CH: over 140 CHF) is returned in full:

The free shipping benefit no longer applies

The original outbound shipping costs and
-
The return shipping costs
will be deducted from the refund or store credit
Refunds are issued once the return has been received and inspected, after a processing period of 5 to 8 working business days.
Exchanges

Availability of sizes, colors or styles will be confirmed through the platform

Return shipping (from you to us) is at the customer’s expense

We cover the outbound shipping of the replacement item
If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we strongly encourage contacting us before ordering.
A Personal Note
We are not a fast-fashion company. Shipping and returns require real human work: checking, reconditioning, folding and restocking. In fast fashion, returned garments are often discarded because processing them costs more than producing new ones.
We believe every piece deserves respect. This is why we encourage ordering with intention and awareness. If you are unsure about sizing, colors or fit, please reach out to us before ordering — we are always happy to help.
